1. Delivery charge

Standard delivery within Egypt costs 150 EGP. Orders of 1,500 EGP or more qualify for free delivery. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout.

2. Delivery time

Delivery time: usually 3–5 working days across Egypt.
Same-day delivery: available via Uber courier — contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and delivery location.

These are estimated delivery times. Public holidays, weather, courier capacity, remote-address coverage or incorrect address details can cause delays.

3. Delivery areas

We deliver across Egypt where courier service is available. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Order confirmation and tracking

Order and courier updates are shared by email or through the order-status page when available.
