A biting parrot is not trying to be evil. Biting usually means fear, pressure, overstimulation, hormones, poor boundaries or a learned habit.
Do not punish first
Punishment often makes fear worse. Start by reading body language: pinned eyes, leaning away, flared feathers, open beak or repeated warning signals.
Build trust in tiny steps
Use distance, treats, target training and short sessions. Let the bird choose to participate.
