Delivery areas

We deliver across Egypt. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping rates

• • Free delivery on orders over 1,000 EGP.
• • Standard delivery: 118 EGP (3-5 business days).
• • Same-day delivery in Cairo: 200 EGP.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders within Cairo and major cities. A small COD fee may apply.

Boarding & services

Service bookings (hotel, training, consultations) are scheduled via WhatsApp. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation within 48 hours receives a full refund.

International shipping

We currently ship within Egypt only.
