How we ship, what it costs, and how returns work.
Standard delivery across Egypt costs 100 EGP. Orders of 2,000 EGP or more qualify for free delivery.
Public holidays, weather, courier capacity, remote-address coverage or incorrect address details can cause delays. Read the full Shipping Policy.
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
The customer pays both the original outbound delivery cost and the return delivery cost. The original delivery charge is not refunded. If the order qualified for free delivery, the actual outbound delivery cost may be deducted from the refund.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. When the issue is our error, we cover the reasonable return or replacement delivery cost.
