What should I provide before boarding?
Tell us the bird’s species, routine, established diet, behaviour, health information, emergency contact details and any written care instructions before the stay.
Is the same diet used for every parrot?
No. Feeding arrangements are agreed with the owner and based on the individual bird’s established diet and needs.
Are vitamins automatically given to every bird?
No. Supplements are used only when appropriate to the bird’s care plan and instructions; they are not a substitute for a balanced diet or veterinary advice.
